Strengthholic Latte Recipe

That’s why I started making what I call my Strengthholic Latte.

It combines coffee, protein, and collagen into one simple drink that helps support my fitness goals while giving me that morning coffee I look forward to every day.

Ingredients

• 1 scoop (10 g) Organika Enhanced Collagen Protein

• 1 scoop (10 g) Pure Protein Vanilla Protein Powder

• 1 tsp espresso powder (or desired strength)

• 4 oz protein milk ( I use Neilson Protein Milk)

• 1 cup (8 oz) brewed coffee (I use my Keurig)

Instructions

  1. Add the dry ingredients to your favorite mug.

  2. Use a spoon to mix them together.

  3. Pour in 4 oz of protein milk.

  4. Use a handheld frother to blend until smooth and creamy.

  5. Brew 1 cup (8 oz) of coffee directly into the mug.

  6. Enjoy!
